Called to get a basic rough estimate quote on a home. The lady asked for paperwork, I politely told her we are "just shopping around" and I just "wanted to know what the quotes will likely be on that home without having to give out personal information". That way we could know if we want to back out of the home if insurance is starting too high, as we recieved some alarming info about a past claim that was affecting the home's insurance price.
