I did get a cheaper rate through progressive, but they said that they would contact my current insurance agency to cancel my policy with them, so I wouldn't have to. That did not happen. I kept getting late payment notice emails, so I had to call them myself to cancel the policy. I am disappointed about that part, but otherwise satisfied.
