Cannot recommend this agent. We had a number of policies in place there for over 5 years. They very rarely retuned phone calls and neglected to follow through on any requests. Look elsewhere.

I called for a quote a couple of hours ago as I need to change my auto insurance TODAY. I was told I would receive a call back shortly and NO ONE CALLED. With this lack of immediacy, concern, and horrible customer service, I would never align myself with this agency. They seem to be a bunch of useless clowns.

I just switched from my current provider that I have had for years, due to on one simple / educational phone call to Natalia Arias. Not only did she find me a better rate, but she kept looking to see how much she could beat it by (where most agents would have stopped there) Then she educated me on the coverage that I had, and offered better options to help protect me.
