Great Florida really has transformed from the office it was 4 years ago thanks to Jeannie who is the office manager. Jeannie literally came in and totally changed the office into a beautiful professional environment. Every day I come to work I am so proud to be a part of this amazing team of women who I honestly love as my family. They are a great insurance company saved me a lot of money. Where other companies wanted 300 down and 180 a month this company quoted me 100 down and 80 a month. Plus Ryan was able to help me get insured over the phone and through email.
I apologize for both of your bad experiences. We have made multiple employee changes since being under new management and know your experience would be great if you want to give us another try.
Believe all the bad reviews you read. They will make your life a nightmare. Uneducated and they misrepresented my homeowners insurance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You will pay the price if you don't!!!!!!
From the time I started my account with them,Ive felt like the folks here absolutely take pride in their work. Esther is always helpful and so is the rest if the office staff. If thats not enough,MICKEY will always share a friendly nudge with you. Thanks for always going out of your way Great Florida Insurance.

Would have to agree with the crappy attitude especially with Ryan. We are facing a cancellation and need help but Ryan's attitude was that other customers were much more important and took a major attitude when asked to DO HIS JOB. Once they get your money you can go to HE&& is the attitude they promote. STAY AWAY GO ELSEWHERE... I only gave one start cause there is no option for NEGATIVE STARS..
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND A TOTAL MESS. They lost my paperwork, they submitted insufficient info & forms to Insurance Co, they gave conflicting information, they are atrociously rude to clients (especially on the phone). WHO NEEDS THAT GARBAGE. I dropped them immediately. SEE ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ALL OVER THE INTERNET. If I could give less than 1 star I would because they didn't even deserve that.
