I'd give a 0 if possible. This business is operating on the dangerous territory of elder abuse. My friend is on hospice and dying of lung cancer. 5/28/2021 When I first came into the room the aide seemed pleasant enough, but I began to notice how loud she spoke; it was too loud for someone who is dying. She spoke to me as if we were best friends and she even invaded my personal space without permission by literally poking (jabbing) me in my left arm three times with her index finger.
