Always have a very positive experience.
This office charges the surcharge (3%) when you pay co-payment by credit card!!!! I've never experience of this ridiculous fee when you pay medial bills by credit card in USA!
The one star is not for anything but the scheduling dept. They were awful. I spoke to two different people bcz the first attempt to make an appt was so BAD I hung up on the guy. On the second call I found out they are an outsourced Company in the Caribbean. I hope Avanced Dermatology (a decent reputable Company) realizes what a horrible impression their outsourced scheduling dept is leaving and fires them. It was that BAD.
Always efficient and thorough, highly recommend.
