My daughter works with kids and thought maybe she had lice. We went to see Don and she was so professional, knowledgeable and put my daughter (and myself) at ease during the whole appointment. The outcome was good news - no lice!!! but regardless we knew we were in very good hands and the reassurance knowing that the issue would get dealt with before we left was greatly appreciated and a huge relief.
