Our family of four all thought we had lice from a school outbreak in June. Turns out we didn’t and after a full inspection of our four heads we were good to go! The owner fit us in within 24 hours notice and although the drive was far for us coming from Kitsilano, it was worth it. We would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone. This place is an ABSOLUTE MUST if you think you have lice. I went camping with my toddler nephew and it turns out he had lice. We had cuddled a bunch over the 4 days camping and my head started to get really itchy. I went to a walk in clinic to confirm I had lice before treatment cause it’s too hard to look solo. They said I had nits and I found this place. They fit me in right away and when I went for treatment I was pleasantly surprised to find out with the Dr saw was actually Dandruff and NOT LICE!! I’m so impressed with the friendly service and responsiveness of staff here. Donita was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions via text then screened our family which gave us so much peace of mind we didn’t have lice. I would highly recommend this clinic!
Dawn was so sweet and answered all my questions so thoroughly and gave really good advice. The one time treatment was also so easy and relaxing. It’s so stressful having lice in your family and if we get it again I know exactly what to do. Thank you thank you thank you!
Great experience! Friendly staff, cozy area with easy to wipe down leather, including a massage chair. Free wifi and big TV for the kids. Informative, efficient and friendly.
