First time experience with hospice, they responded very quickly and professionally. Provided the setup of equipment at our mother’s house and being after hours - a RN responded as we arrived with our mother and she evaluated her and set up for the hospice, very professional and knowledgeable. Overall expectations were exceeded.
The employees at Greater Valley Hospice have been personable, kind, and supportive throughout our collaboration together. Ron Castillo, account executive, has shown his unwavering support that has left an impression of security and faith to us. Greater Valley Hospice is trustworthy and truly cares about the people and families they serve.
