It sounds like there was someone experiencing something similar on here as I have in the last week with you guys a week ago I don't know what's going on with your primary providers and your scheduling team but it needs to be fixed!!!!! Terrible l had to request medication every 30 days and they lied about being in my network then after 6 months refused to approve medication at the pharmacy most Drs give a a last refill notice and they provide medication for a year to go along with yearly check up There was no problem with my blood draw just wanted a new visit even when I was out of town for 2 weeks so out of blood pressure meds for a week
Super disappointed in greater valley. My father referred me to them and as a provider Cathy is great. She and her nurse are very helpful and listen but there was an issue with an ekg and talk about a mess. I was given an ekg that showed I had a heart attack. Super stressful and scary, I was sent to the ER and spent 6 hours in the ER on 3 different ekg machines and many blood test to confirm that I was in fact fine and it must have been an error on the part of greater valley.
