Great doctor when I went in for splinter removal. My second visit, they turned me away because I didn't have my insurance card. Third time I went in, my arm was bleeding really bad and I needed stitches, but they turned me away because they were closing in 15 minutes. They asked me to go to the urgent care by the old St Luke's.
Waited for 20 minutes unassisted then a nurse tells me with an hour of open time left that the doctor doesn’t want to see anyone for the rest of the night and to go somewhere else. Super rude super unprofessional and a waste of time for someone who was actually needing to be seen. Do better. You’re open till 8 so should be seeing patients till 8.
Quick in and out but received treatment and detailed care as well as tricks and tips. Highly recommend.
I was at a promedica urgent care and the wait was going to be forever…I decided to go the extra mile to Waterville Mercy Urgent Care and it sure did pay off…the visit was quick and easy…Candy was my CNP and Kyle was the medical assistant that checked me in…both were very professional and I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility…you will be happy you came! Thanks again!
