This is not a review based on the service I received from the center. All of the PT's where great at what they do. This review is directed at the billing nightmare that I've encountered since concluding my treatment. I had ten 45 minute sessions to rehab a neck injury. I have received bills totaling over $1400 for a daily session and this is even after my insurance has paid the company. I was a patient at the Arlington location for several months following an ACL replacement. The staff were phenomenal! The administrative staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and prompt with responses or call backs. I primarily worked with Cory and Meeka (I hope I spelled that correctly!), but I got to know the whole staff pretty well and it was a great experience.
