I can’t recommend Carmen for pelvic floor therapy enough! I’ve been struggling with the same things for almost 2 years post vaginal birth. I left my first visit with Carmen, feeling hopeful that life can get back to normal! I appreciate the time she took during my evaluation to explain the different types of muscles of the pelvic floor and how they work and the different ways we would be exercising them.
