I have been a dedicated customer for many years. Finally when I needed their assistance, they overquoted me, lied, missplaced my money and finally turned a cold shoulder. I would not even send my worst enemy their way, they deserve no business what so ever. /Deeply disappointed ex-customer

Every time I called with questions they were answered and all of my concerns were addressed promptly. Yesterday when our most recent debacle was not being addressed as quickly as I believed it should have been by an adjuster Ken McClain, the owner, got on the phone himself to solve my problem.
