James at Spacedesk Appraisal Group did a desktop appraisal for us and it was very easy to understand and informative. Appraisals can be confusing - like buying a mattress- you never know what you’re getting - but the Spacedesk team was very knowledgeable and answered all questions, making the whole process crystal clear.
