I was charged $771 for packing services, but the experience was highly unsatisfactory. They failed to show up on the scheduled day, only informing us after we had taken time off work to be home, and just after we gave them a call. Shortly after, a driver called to pick up the items despite no packing having taken place. I notified the company, instead of them coordinating with the driver and us.
