Alex was sent to fix a tap outside the house. He was punctual. Respectful. Hard working. Knew his stuff. Did an amazing job. And speaking as a tradesman of 35 years in plaster & stucco. It's hard to find tradesman that are truly into it. Good job GSP & ALEX
Exceptional service. Dealt with them remotely to service a property out of town for scope and high-pressure cleaning of sewer. Very easy to reach by phone, friendly and knowledgeable service, transparent about all costs upfront, accommodating when I needed to reschedule, arrived on time, professional service and expert assessment and clearing of the sewer line. I appreciate the plumber called me after the job to update me and review the underlying problem. Highly recommend.

Not impressed. Cancelled twice in the same day ! Thought an 8 am appointment I would have been first but gave up after the second time. Went with someone else which I was very pleased with .
