Dr. Tan is a great neurologist. The office is nice; I've seen him for quite sometime and have always loved it, and Paula the office manager has been there a long time and is always nice and helpful. But the last couple of times I've been disappointed -last time i had a headache and kept hearing rap music being played and its just not professional. Office staff very poorly managed. My appointments themselves with Dr. Tan were fine. My issue not fixed by him however (still yet to be). However, I called several times, often leaving a message and never received a call back. They did not submit my claims to both insurances as I originally requested. When I finally did get through they immediately put me on hold, after waiting some time I had to explain almost everything to the representative, and they did not acknowledge my frustration with the system.
