Dr. Ruff is Amazing! After walking around with a fractured foot for 4 weeks because another MD did not fight for my MRI approval Dr. Ruff did what she had to and got the MRI approved! Her bedside manner and knowledge are unmatched! The staff in her office are also 5 star. They have terrific communication and keep the patient in the loop, never dropping the ball. I can’t say enough about Dr. Ruff and her team at Greater Queens Podiatry!
I called the office for an appointment not accommodating by any means told me there would be no appointments until next week. Unacceptable. And Receptionist, very disrespectful attitude

Dr. Ruff saved my life. I had melanoma on my big toe. Dr. Ruff referred me to a podiatrist that has great knowledge with melanoma of the foot. Fortunately, the cancer did not spread to anywhere on my body. If she did not insist I see this other doctor, I’m certain the cancer would have spread . Thank you Dr Ruff, my heroine!
