Great attention to detail and excellent service
I’ve used Greater Purpose Construction for a few different roof repairs on my rental properties in Portland. They’re always very quick to respond and do very professional looking work. I also requested a quote for an entire roof replacement that we plan to do in the next few years and their pricing was very competitive. I would highly recommend Alex and his team and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.
I cannot speak highly enough of Greater Purpose & their entire crew. Slavik was one of my initial inspectors working through my warranty claim, and he was the only inspector of all three to actually take the time to show me some of the issues with the previous installation done by another firm. These guys put a new roof on a house we just purchased before we purchased it. In trying to find a paint color, I contacted them to see if they could tell me the roof manufacturer. Without hesitation or delay, one of the owners got right back to me and gave me the answer. I say that is top notch customer service. Thank you Alex.
