I want to give a big shout-out to this place and their amazing secretary. She was sadly out sick today, and Dr. bangert was having to deal with her day while training and it was still a great appointment. Please remember that doctors and staff have lives and are human beings. Things happen and they do their best to do the best for you. The staff here is very understanding and they absolutely deserve their own time off when needed.
This was a wonderful experience. The ultrasound technician was so friendly, informative and kind. The receptionist was helpful and fast. I will definitely use this place again.
Didn't appreciate the fact that I had an appointment made up for me without even talking to me about it. First, like, what if I had something up that day? What if I had plans? What if it didn't work for me? An 8 o'clock Sure, as hell does not work for me. I think it's very unprofessional that you don't even talk to the people about setting up an appointment first, and then you just go do it behind their back. Very unprofessional, and I will not be coming to this facility ever!!!!!!!
I went to her for a Sjogrens diagnosis. She only looked at blood test results. Mine were negative but 30% of Sjogrens patients have negative results. She never discussed my symptoms which covered almost all of the Sjogrens symptoms. I was very disappointed. But she said she would look after me for my arthritis issues.
Generally a decent experience, as long as you're very standard and uncomplicated. If you're Doctor is ordering preventative medicial images, they'll turn you away because they feel they know better than the Doctors. The lady at the front desk even explicitly stated that she will tell the Dr she will not book early even if he calls. So yeah, even with notice that the Ultrasound is preventative and monitoring a very sensitive topic for my wife's health, we were just turned away a few minutes ago.
