The lady hung up on me I could die in the condition I'm in also she has been on hold speaking to another customer I now know their name address phone number.
I scheduled an appointment with a dentist and the receptionist was rude from Texas beginning. I continued to keep my appointment because I needed to see a dentist, but when I called to ask insurance questions, the receptionist again was nasty and disrespectful. She wouldn’t give me any clear answers and then proceeded to talk to me as if I was a child.
