I've had many loans. This one is a nightmare. The local branch and thier corporate branch are on different pages. Keep good records, so when they continually call to harass you, you have the info. Make sure your payments are credited to your account. I will never do business with this bank again nce my loan is paid off..
I’ve never had a problem banking with them since opening an account. My husband used to use Nevada Bank and Trust and was hesitant to switch, but is happy we did now. We always receive great customer service, and more recently even got our mortgage through Greater Nevada with awesome rates. The staff at the Elko branch are helpful and polite, and I can see us staying with them.
I had Bank of America for years, I moved to Elko and they had closed their branch there, I opened an account with GNCU and I love the customer service!! So much better that I gladly closed my B of A account! No comparison in service! Thank you GNCU for being so Awesome! I'm glad I was forced to change, I never would have known otherwise!
