I've banked there for eighteen years...Judy wish they had enough personnel so the wait is shorter...the staff is always friendly and patient...no matter how long us old folks prattle on!

If I could give these guys negative stars I would. I’m Active Duty Army stationed in Texas. My debit card was hacked and so they cancelled my card. Instead of working with the situation in which I couldn’t be there in person to get a new card issued, they have been difficult about the whole thing and leaving me stuck with no money while trying to do my best to serve my country. GNCU your Executives are awful! Why do you not have a manager? According to your Minden teller the manager retired in October? You didn't know that was coming? Tellers have to do extra steps w/o a manager and that compounds the chances for mistakes. I had to walk out because the amount of errors and extra steps. Executives get in your car, drive to Minden and manage your Branch!
