Not very well managed when it comes to case managers and med providers, not to mention lack of communication. Keeping my therapist but going to look elsewhere for a case manager and med provider.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had so many lapses in my medication because the nurses and doctors at greater Nashua. They do not care about filling my prescriptions in time, even though I use the Pharmacy in the building. The pharmacy tells me if they call upstairs, They’ll just say the same thing they say to me. “Sorry”. This is not acceptable. I am disabled due to mental illness and I am trying to be as stable as possible, but I cannot be anywhere near stable without my medications lapsing for days or sometimes... read more

This place is useless, so are there non board certified fake professionals. I have a loved one who is a patient here and they keep promising him they have a room for him to stay in. It's been four months and my loved one is still homeless on the streets. I encourage anyone who is mistreated, over medicated and or violated on there rights to reach out to the office of the ombudsman. And they never ever return my phone calls. And Connors and Ferra have got to get lost. I also encourage you to file a formal complaint to OPLC

Mental Health worse than when I first came to this place. Nothing but a medicaid factory that is just littered with cold, angry, and incompetent employees. The man at the front desk is nothing but incompetent and belittling. Everything must be stated three times before he might or might not do what you ask. I needed help getting to a specialist and after three case managers I still have not seen a specialist but they keep offering me ART CLASSES...Awful & Terrible
