Always awesome service from the staff no matter what bike I brought in! Willing to help and make buying a getting a repairs easy and worth it. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.
Nice selection, Sub-Par staff. One of my main qualms is that every time I go in (4 seperate occasions) there was nobody at the front desk (in the center of the showroom) and nobody on the showroom floor, nobody to greet us, they seem to be mostly confined to their offices (directly to the right upon entering). Then once I actually spoke to someone, they just seems rude and disrespectful both in manor and in speaking.
