My experience was very similar to Khrystyna Matchin's who was a client of the Blue Bell office based off her review. We probably had the same closing agent. Although they did not accept only wires for me. At closing, I pointed out that they have the wrong recording fees ($0.10 instead of $100) and the closing agent made me go to the 7/11 around the corner and get a money order to pay the additional amount from their mistake. They also had a monetary item going to the wrong party on the closing sheet which we corrected as soo... read more

I am a agent that had a settlement with this company. All was well until the settlement, when the closing agent did not know the details, spoke incorrectly about funds, and had incorrect paperwork. I did not feel confident the transaction was closed correctly and would not recommend.
