I love working with Greater Montgomery Settlement Services (GMSS) they truly care about my clients whether on the buyer side for title or on the seller side for conveyancing! Plus I love being able to work with them whenever I need a remote settlement too! They explain the Toni, Rachel, Michelle, and Krista truly care and are super responsive when I need them! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!! Highly recommended!
TWO VERY UNSETTLING SETTLEMENTS. Not only was I made to go out and get a cashiers check for a significant amount of money within 12 hours of settlement only to get that SAME AMOUNT BACK at settlement, but then when selling my house my lender was told within 3 hours of settlement that a representative needed to be present at settlement, which was wrong. This took me and multiple others HOURS to try and get to the bottom of.
