TWO VERY UNSETTLING SETTLEMENTS. Not only was I made to go out and get a cashiers check for a significant amount of money within 12 hours of settlement only to get that SAME AMOUNT BACK at settlement, but then when selling my house my lender was told within 3 hours of settlement that a representative needed to be present at settlement, which was wrong. This took me and multiple others HOURS to try and get to the bottom of.
