Going on a year now and they still won't correct a titling error they made on our property. The person who made the error conveniently left the company after I submitted the request, and when I reached out again last June to another individual, I still haven't heard back. I've submitted copies of the documentation they claim they need to pull out of archive. I would not recommend using.

We have used GMSS for our clients for the last year and they have delivered top-notch customer service all the way through. Great people, attention to detail, and they have delivered in a timely fashion on a consistent basis. Would highly recommend!

Greater Montgomery Settlement services does an excellent job every time! Not every title officer can put a smile on during the most challenging settlements, but somehow Elisha Herrmann and Rachel Allmond make the job look easy! They work hard in our Harleysville office to ensure customers get nothing but the best service regardless of the challenge! Greater Montgomery Services is one of the premier title companies out there!
