Apartments are huge and well maintained. Property managers are accessible and generally have prompt responses, especially with high priority maintenance issues. Central air/heating keeps you comfortable all year round. In unit laundry and a garage was a must for me and I was able to get that at a reasonable price!
I am giving 4 stars as of now. Only because we haven't moved or seen the apartment yet. Peter was amazing to deal with over the phone. Made it easy!
I have enjoyed living in Summerfield apartments in Crookston, MN. The property manager Peter helped make the move in process very quick and easy. They have been very timely to deal with any maintenance issues as well as answer any needed questions. As someone who has to leave early for work I do wish snow removal was a bit more prompt, but living in northern Minnesota I know it can't always be perfect. Their Summer lawn maintenance is great! I would recommend this place to others!
Absolutely love living at the townhomes in Crookston, MN. Hoping our rent will go down a bit in the future but if not it’s totally fine. All the workers do a fantastic job! No complaints! Thank you all!
