Very dissatisfied with this business, I started taking my son to Greater minds his first appointment was in Person) ever since he has never been back into that office. It's always a virtual visit where I still have to pay a co-pay his last appointment we sat in the appointment online for 45 minutes. No one ever showed up so they text me eventually after calling them five times. I've had to edit this review. Initially, my experience with Greater Minds was excellent. Unfortunately, today I received a very unapologetic note coldly stating that my doctor is no longer with Greater Minds, and I'd have to find a new doctor. They're not replying to my questions. Very unprofesional and even unethical way to treat a client receiving mental health care. Avoid.
Greater Minds of America is the biggest joke of a psychiatric service I’ve ever encountered. Not only do they charge triple what every other psychiatrist in the area charges, but they also have the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with. I had to wait over a week for an appointment and when the day finally came, Miss Jones texted me at 7 a.m. asking for payment. I'm Very pleased with the way Mrs. Bellfield handled not just every challenge but each one differently and very professional. we are so very pleased with her we have added another patient for her to see over and is checking on moving others to her office.
She is awesome . So understanding and professional . Makes you feel very comfortable and understood.
