The doctor is very professional. I give him that. Time spent with the patient is very minimal. If you want to know something you have to ask.

Do NOT go to Dr. Nordstrom. All the reviews are true. He does NOT care about his patients. Spends less than 5 minutes with them. I had ear surgery and had to practically beg for after care instructions. I have waited 45 minutes to one hour to see him, only to have him glance in my ear without much else. I should NOT have to ask the doctor what is wrong and how my follow up should be after surgery. Nonetheless, three months later and the hole in my ear drum is back. He spent next to no time with me. I was there for a concern with a deviated septum and spur and he didn't even look at my nose until I asked him to! How can you tell someone they can't be helped when they don't even look at the concern you are there for! Just told me to use some nose spray then charged me $565!!! I'm getting a second opinion.

I have received excellent care for pansinusitis and a deviated septum. Will be having surgery that was recommended, and I so appreciate him doing the CT scan to get to the bottom of what has been a lifetime of sinus issues. Staff is courteous and professional. I never felt rushed, and was given a thorough explanation of what my problem is, and what my options are. Highly recommend.
