Whoever the female is that answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. Has no type of manners or phone etiquette. Asked her a question and she answered me like I was stupid , like if she was stating the obvious. That’s not how u talk to customers and that’s not the type of someone I want to be greeted by when calling . EYUUCKKKK .
Terrible service
Great auction. The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. I paid for PSI and went through the arbitration process—Josh was kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this auction and will be coming back.
