Had an MRI several days ago.. with no follow up to date. Apparently the fax machine ( number) is not working according to the lazy staff there. So in limbo awaiting the results.
Excellent care. I went to see Dr. Kumar for neuropathy symptoms and she was great! She listened, was knowledgeable and took the time to listen and made sure I was listening and understood everything she was saying. I never felt like she was trying to get me out of there to get to the next patient, she is very caring and welcoming. I highly recommend her! Staff is nice and running on time. It wasn't the usual 1 hr wait for a specialist appt. My follow -up appointment was at 1:30 and I was walking out the door by 2:00
