I took my daughter in for strange hives since her doctor's office is closed. The nurse and nurse practioner were very kind, professional, and speedy. They explained my daughter's diagnosis well, and were very patient when I had an issue looking up insurance information. I left feeling heard and like my daughter was well cared for.
I was bitten by a tick around a month ago or so. It was a really nasty looking rash and sore underneath the bite area. It was the worst looking tick bite I’ve ever had, and a different looking tick than I’ve ever seen in person. Because of all this, I saved the tick just in case. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was straightforward and easy. Only issue was a bit of a longer wait to see the nurse. I believe the names of the people I spoke with were Candy and Caitlin; both were great!

I am from NY and developed a medical issue on my recent trip West. Around 1130 AM 7/16/26 I stopped by the Mercy Urgent Care in Findlay OH. I was seen without waiting, Cindy S. PAC explained my condition, presented treatment options and made a recommendation. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was outgoing and successful in attempting to find a pharmacy in the city that was to be my destination that night. 👍 to Mercy UC, Findlay, OH! 👍 Catholic Healthcare!
