Providers are staff are nice and competent. Treated my ear infection. The billing is an absolute nightmare. I gave them my correct insurance. Its in network. They verified and charged me a copay. Now they keep sending me a bill. They have never submitted a claim to my insurance. I have tried calling, and emailing and requesting an itemized bill.
