Kristine Welch was completely unprofessional and I would avoid working with her at all costs. She made every effort to let me know she was the gatekeeper to rent any property from her and was as rude to the point it was embarrassing.
agent Kristine Welch set up a viewing, then ghosted. could barely string a sentence together over e-mail, and obviously had no clue how to use the lead generation software that dropped me right into her lap with all my information as she couldn’t parse out my phone number from over 3 (three, i know!) lines of information provided to her. not a good look.
