Great place to thrive as a realtor. Excellent training, con-ed and staff support.
I was treated like a child during the code of ethics zoom class. You can't get up to pee, get a drink or anything. You're expected to sit there the whole time. Teacher berated me and treated me like I was a 3 year old. I don't pay good money to be forced to sit in a class and treated like crap! So glad I left this association. Could never get ahold of anyone either my broker had to do it.
I just got my real estate license last year and was with a different small board. After finding GMAR and doing more research, I was astounded by the amount of classes and designations they offer, networking opportunities, and their level of customer service. My questions while transferring were answered promptly and thoroughly by GMAR staff. I am glad I made the switch.
