Not speaking of GMI as a whole but specifically the Austin area. From personal experience Heriberto is VERY unprofessional. He treats employees poorly, constantly pushes them to quit and openly encourages it since he can’t fire someone without a valid reason. On top of that he uses his position of authority on the women there, he has repeatedly flirted with them without a care in the world as he and everyone else is are well aware that he is one of the main guys in charge of Austin, which can be intimidating to regular emplo... read more
