Need to work on the customer service for real. I called today to report a lost wallet on the bus and see if the driver could be contacted. It was 100 percent my fault, I know. But calling, the lady just told me she can’t do that. I was like that’s okay and wanted to suggest something but before I could, she hung up on me. That wasn’t cool one bit, honestly. She didn’t have to help but could have been nice about it, honestly
