Highly recommend Greater Love Home Care. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable as he was able to answer all of my questions about the process. He made my family and I feel very comfortable and was overly accommodating. My dad was recently sick and we were preparing to have a certified home health aide. Imagine having an elderly parent who has dementia, does not speak English well and is hearing impaired going to a rehab facility. It was obvious to our family that our mother required 24x7 care in order to be safe and properly cared for after being hospitalized with the flu. After we had a bad experience with a home health aide from another Agency we called Greater Love Home Care who came highly recommended by a Physical Therapist whose family used them in the past. We spoke to the owner Mike and explained our situation and he assured us that he could provide the type of care we needed. The next day he came to our home so he could meet and get to know me and assess my needs. He provided a home health aide the following day. Greater Love Home Care is a life saver. Mike, the owner, is very professional, personable, and so accommodating. He communicated with me and adapted on last minute’s notice, even responding to my texts at midnight. He came to my parent’s home to meet them and talk with them. He is beyond caring. The aides that he assigned to my father are fantastic- on time, caring, patient, and clean. Mike and his company was recommended to me when a loved one was being released from a care center. I am glad I hired his people. Mike is sincere and helpful. The two young ladies, Tiffani and Joseline, we have had so far were lovely. They treated my loved one with care and respect. They showed professionalism, skill and kindness to my Grandmother in-law.
