Have tried to call 3 times to pay my bill and get a voice-mail and no call back. How am I supposed to pay my bill to prevent it going to collections?
They bill out-of-network rates for services provided at in-network hospitals in violation of the No Surprises Act.
Second the first review. Terrible service. Can't get ahold of them to see if it is a legitimate bill or not. Either don't get a call back or get one at a off time. Even if you call back right away you only get their voicemail. Return calls are from a different state. Would give 0 stars if I could
I had a problem trying to pay my bill. I called 5 times. Always had to leave a message as they were short staffed. Every time I called I asked them to call me after 3:30 EST. So I could pay the bill. Next day they call me appropriately 9 or 10 am. I’m at work can’t answer the phone. They leave a message “ if there’s anything we can do for you please call” So now they have put it in collections.
