They are great, the two ladies in the front always treating you like family. My therapist Mrs Gene is an amazing person. I have not seen her in a year but I can't forget her. They helped me get better but I got to see them again because I want to drive buses at schools. I got to see if it's okay. Though I'm doing great but I had happened went to hospital for severe pain and doctor said I need to take the same meds I was prescribed but those meds made me feel different. I have not any issues at all yet. I've seen some of the reviews on here. We as the patients are at fault, only because we should call a day ahead to make sure our appointment is on point if not you will the doctors. Or if someone is not going to be there they let you know. I messed up once thinking that the doctor would be there Thursday, and they are there certain days. Nurses are amazing very nice people, giving it 3 stars for them but taking 2 away because of the doctors not deciding weather or not they stay or go.
Never on time , all over the place with scheduling appointments in a timely manner , I’ve had something happen my last 4 visits , either the person seeing me was gone on lunch at the time they scheduled me, once they left for the day and I had taken off work early for the appointments, they are flexible for my work but never available, for example as I’m typing this I’m waiting and had a 9:30 appointment and told my job it would take 30 min because that’s what I was told, now I’m waiting because they gave me a completely dif... read more
Horrible place after all. Their billing department doesn’t even know how to bill Tricare and they’re located in a military town. The counselors are ok but the owners and insurance billing department need to find another occupation or learn how to do their job. Sad honestly!!!
