No stars. They're awful when it comes to service. No reminders. No email confirmations. Zero communication. They're gone for two hours in the middle of the day, during all of our lunch periods. You leave messages with the answering service, that don't seem to go anywhere. Then they slap you with cancellation penalties. I work in EMS and I have to be scheduled to work sometimes with short notice. I do my part in notifying this office. Instead of receiving any communication whatsoever, I get charged for a no show. IMy son see Dr Marcellus and he has been wonderful! . The office staff is very efficient and accommodating. . We've been going there about a year and I would highly recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dr Chen is very inexperienced and his office was TRASHED when I had my appointment. Cans of coke, Starbucks wrappers and opened mail all over the FLOOR. On top of that I called to hopefully transfer to a new psychiatrist and the lady didn’t apologize for any of this and then HUNG UP ON ME. I don’t know how you run your office but this was a straight up theft.
