I highly recommend GHPA Loop Central to anyone needing any sort of mental health services and support. They have wonderful psychiatrists who will work with you to find the right medication to support your needs, increasing your overall wellness. Finding the right combination of therapies and medication have given me my life back. The doctors are good The customer service and whoever answers the calls (Jose?) are awful. It feels you are working with DPS/DMV. No respect on the phone or in person. Im yet to experience this level of rudeness anywhere else
No stars. They're awful when it comes to service. No reminders. No email confirmations. Zero communication. They're gone for two hours in the middle of the day, during all of our lunch periods. You leave messages with the answering service, that don't seem to go anywhere. Then they slap you with cancellation penalties. I work in EMS and I have to be scheduled to work sometimes with short notice. I do my part in notifying this office. Instead of receiving any communication whatsoever, I get charged for a no show. IMy son see Dr Marcellus and he has been wonderful! . The office staff is very efficient and accommodating. . We've been going there about a year and I would highly recommend.
