Not a terrible company. staff is great. however getting ahold of anyone at the locations was difficult. i had to call several of the locations before i could get anyone to answer. leaving a message does not work. website does not allow you to cancel appointments or contact anyone.
The worst place I would run away from these incompetent medical professional that they call themselves. I was having chest pains from the medication side affects and when I told them and have been trying for weeks to get the medication replaced they don’t want to assist. I kept getting told we will get back to you that was over two weeks ago.you can’t get though in their phone lines on and on I would go elsewhere and don’t waste your time on these unprofessional medical.
