They refuse to speak with you on the phone and demand you fill out extensive personal forms online before they’ll even consider scheduling an appointment. When I pushed back, explaining I wanted a simple conversation first to decide if they were a fit, they doubled down and said no forms, no service. There's an amount of pitiful irony when a mental health clinic refuses to reflect on their own negative reviews and instead choose to wall-up and defend themselves from every accusation and experience. I've heard many stories from the other side, and the way this practice operates should horrify you as a prospective client. If your thinking of going to get therapy DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had three different therapist in a few months due to high turn over. They didn't even tell me what was going on. I went to my next session and had someone new. No explanation at all. They didn't even let me say good bye to my therapist or transition with the new one. It was a complete surprise.
