Anna and David helped me move beyond an understanding of OCD that was overly-focused on self-vigilance. No other psychoanalyst, ERP specialist, or healer has done more to help me grow from the underlying patterns which make me feel stuck. I have begun to undo some of the learned helplessness I felt from other therapists who made me feel trapped to repeat the same techniques forever. Would highly recommend for perfectionism, pure-O and somatic OCD.
