I was referred to this OBGYN by my doctor about a month ago and was told someone would contact me within a few days. No one ever reached out. After more than a month has gone by I followed up myself and found out my paper work all though taken from me was never uploaded into the system, I was never scheduled, and my information was not updated. I set up an.appointment with Dr. Fagan in November 2024. I was scheduled out to March 2025. I waited for the March appointment at 1 week before I was called to cancel and reschedule. I rescheduled for April 4th. 1 hour before the appointment I was called and told that she was in surgery and I would be contacted to reschedule. No one contacted me for a week and I called to reschedule and was told the next available appointment was June 2026. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Very grateful for the helpful and supportive staff and doctors at Greater Hartford Women's Health. I feel very lucky to have them as part of my care team.
SECRETARY TALKS SMACK ABOUT PATIENTS ISSUES Today my mom went in for a check up due to some of pain she was having. She was seen by the secretary who was the one to ask for the reason of her visit. I KID YOU NOT, once she left my mom in the room to get changed for her check up, my mom heard this SAME person laugh about the issues she was having to someone else VERY LOUDLY outside of her room. The service was awful at this location. I wad told my appointment was at 11am only to wait for 1 hour and then told my appointment was at noon. Receptionists were not helpful in anyway
