I saw Dr. Trymbulak as a new patient for my annual wellness visit and was extremely impressed with the care I received. She was incredibly thorough from start to finish. I came with a list of questions, and she listened carefully to each one without making me feel rushed. Parking is a breeze and finding the office was no problem. Quick and really friendly check in . It was my first time meeting Dr. Nagy. She was so personable and friendly, I was right at ease with her. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. The mammogram went quickly and efficiently as well. Everyone there is so nice and friendly even at 8:00am.
Terrible experience with office staff. Doctors are great though. I've gone here for 10+ years, through both my pregnancies and the billing and administration experience has become horrible. They are rude and dismissive, I've had to call over 5 times to get a billing error resolved and still not resolved. If I didn't have such a history with my doctor I would not go here and do not recommend it, it's not worth the headache or time to deal with their staff.
