care from provider side is good however it is impossible to get forms filled out regarding paid leave despite countless calls and emails sent. Very disappointing as the deadline is coming up and their delays may mean I dont get my paid leave. Very frustrating.

I came here today and saw Dr. T. Everyone in the office was above and beyond nice and everyone I looked at smiled back at me, which is so rare nowadays especially at medical offices. Dr. T was great and also so welcoming and kind. 10/10, will recommend. Am amazed at how well and smoothly everything went. You enter the building where you see the Trinity Health sign that’s up on the building by going in to the right of the sign and up the elevator to the second floor.
Throw the whole practice away.
