Don’t do it, you’ll be sorry. Can’t say much about the doctor’s because we’ve been here for just about 2 hours and haven’t seen anyone yet. Getting through to the office via phone is almost impossible. Here to get my wife cleared for a surgical procedure. If something more serious is going on we won’t be back here we would start new at another practice.
I've been a patient of Dr. Bosco for years and he's great. However, I have been completely unable to make any contact with their offices. The vm system picks up and I used the prompt for appointments and it rings and rings. I messaged them as well. No idea what happened
This office never answer the phone ,they are horrible. Doctor's and nurses aren't the best. If you need serious help go to Hartford Healthcare Urologist,they will answer the phones and you will get great care . Surgerions and nurses are the best . Had to suffer thru this office and St Francis Hospital to find this out I had surgery and a free of prostate problems. God Bless The Hartford Healthcare Urologist and Hospital.
I would never recommend this group to anyone. I've had the worst experience with their Enfield office, NOT once, but twice. I walked in for an appointment to have stents removed only to have the receptionist tell me I didn't have an appointment. I did have an appointment. For anyone who has had stents, you know how uncomfortable they are, they made me sit and wait and they'd try to squeeze me in. I sat for an hour. Was referred to them from er at st francis hospital for kidney stones. Made appointment. Went to appointment to be told that I don't Gabe an appointment. And that the next available appointment is 1 month from now. Anyone who has had kidney stones knows how painful it is. The lack of caring from this place is sad. Front desk rep. Was rude. 🤞 god removes the pain. Horrible place and people.
