Was blown off when I called with an issue. Left 2 messages for the dr, he never called. Had to call on a Saturday and got covering dr who had an attitude. Then still had to wait another day for my meds. 3 days in pain! Called again the following day to say could I please come in and be checked, to be told no. What office does that? You can never get through on the phone. You just listen to the same music over and over. Been on hold now going on 15 mins.
DO NOT GO HERE After two cancelled appointments this year, my husband was scheduled for today in Glastonbury. Five years with dr Bosco for prostrate cancer his bloodwork showed his PSA numbers went up. Not good. Have been on pins and needles waiting for this appointment. Their robo call was received Sunday to confirm appointment. Show up, the office was locked. Don’t do it, you’ll be sorry. Can’t say much about the doctor’s because we’ve been here for just about 2 hours and haven’t seen anyone yet. Getting through to the office via phone is almost impossible. Here to get my wife cleared for a surgical procedure. If something more serious is going on we won’t be back here we would start new at another practice.
I've been a patient of Dr. Bosco for years and he's great. However, I have been completely unable to make any contact with their offices. The vm system picks up and I used the prompt for appointments and it rings and rings. I messaged them as well. No idea what happened
This office never answer the phone ,they are horrible. Doctor's and nurses aren't the best. If you need serious help go to Hartford Healthcare Urologist,they will answer the phones and you will get great care . Surgerions and nurses are the best . Had to suffer thru this office and St Francis Hospital to find this out I had surgery and a free of prostate problems. God Bless The Hartford Healthcare Urologist and Hospital.
