In the 17 years we lived In West Milford, we never had reason to complain! Always helpful and quick to respond.
Way overpriced water service. You would think you get at least same quality service but these people are cold as ice. They will shut your water off and be a rocks throw away and make you wait 24 hours to have it turned back on. Absolutely zero empathy. One day they will be on the other end asking someone for something and I pray they know this feeling all too well when it happens.
Fast turn on service and no issues!
I was unknowingly behind on my bill and the lady in the front office took time out of her day, to call me and remind me that I was behind, and to tell me they were doing shut offs and she didn't want to see me without water. She took my payment over the phone right then and there and all was fine. She didn't have to do that. You'll NEVER see someone from Clarksburg Water Board or Dominion or MonPower making personal efforts like that sweet lady did. Nothing beats good ol down home kindness and caring. We had a misunderstanding and they shut off our water wo notice. As soon as they did and we called we sorted it out and immediately corrected the situation. They refused to come out (~10min later) and turn our water back on. Had the guys come up and knock on the door and make us aware (instead of being cowards who now have to return to undo their mistake) we could’ve saved everyone a lot of time. Thanks for expressing how much you care about your customers. We need a better water co in this area.
