I moved up to West Virginia from Maryland and I think our water bill was something like $60 every 3 to 6 months but when I moved up here I got my first water bill it was over $350 I could not Believe it. Now granted I do have a larger family but even still to get water bills like this is absolute insanity to say the least!!! I believe that these board members who sit around a table and decide what they're going to charge for water and sewage are price gouging the citizens of West Virginia and it is near criminal... Don't have much use for them.
In the 17 years we lived In West Milford, we never had reason to complain! Always helpful and quick to respond.
Way overpriced water service. You would think you get at least same quality service but these people are cold as ice. They will shut your water off and be a rocks throw away and make you wait 24 hours to have it turned back on. Absolutely zero empathy. One day they will be on the other end asking someone for something and I pray they know this feeling all too well when it happens.
Fast turn on service and no issues!
